We develop properties from the first thought to the sale. On selected projects we come in as investors ourselves.

Because we know our market, we see early what a plot allows and which part of that will pay for itself. The concept follows from that calculation, not the other way round.

This is where having architecture, property and craftsmanship under one roof shows most clearly: what we develop, we also plan and build. It costs more time at the start and pays off over the holding period.
